1. Initial Assessment

- Large Items: Because our space is limited; you may either text us at 734-502-2752, bring in pictures of your item/s or email (info@adoreeclecticinteriors.com) it to us for approval. (Large items are considered anything that would require more than one person to help deliver.)
- Once approved, an expected delivery date will be set
- It is up to you to deliver items to the store. Please let us know if you need a delivery referral.
- Small Items: We are happy to accept small items, like home décor, art, and accessories, at any time. Your items may or may not be accepted at that time based on:
- what's trending
- too many
- not selling
- not a good fit for the store
- Please see “What We Accept” for questions
- You will be assigned a consignor number that is unique only to you
- Your consignor number will be emailed to you along with an itemized list of items and pricing
- We price your items based on: condition, style, color, finish, original price, and what's trending.
- Items will be priced, tagged, and merchandised within 24 hours
- The consignment contract is 60 days.
- It is your responsibility to keep track of the dates
- If your item has not sold within the 60 days:
- It could be priced too high
- We can reconsign and adjust the pricing at our discretion
- If you choose to donate your items, after the 60 day contract, we are happy take care of this for you
- You are able to monitor your account through our Consignor Login tab. It will direct you to an external website called Consignor Access.
- You will receive 50% of the consignor split.
- Our goal is to price it right to sell your items(s) within the first 30 days.
- After your item has sold, we write you a check
- Checks are printed and available the 1st of each month for $5 or more
- You may come in and ask for a cash payout at any time
- You may also choose to use store credit
